Refund and Returns Policy

At Medibeauty Global Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.
Refund & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Medibeauty Global Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Any unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method. A 5% administrative fee of the payment amount will be charged.

2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • Incorrect product was delivered.
  • Product is damaged during transit.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Product received is significantly different from the description.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
  • Products marked as non-returnable

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Share your order number.
  3. Provide photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  4. Wait for return approval before shipping the item.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Actual credit timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please also note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process.

6. Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items delivered

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued where:

  • The returned product is not in its original condition.
  • Items are missing accessories or packaging.
  • Damage is caused after delivery.
  • The product has been used beyond reasonable inspection.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The return is due to an error on our part.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • Return request is made after the eligible period.
  • Product has been used or altered.
  • Original packaging is missing.
  • Damage is caused by improper handling after delivery.
