We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment has already been made.

4. Order Tracking

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

- Government restrictions
- Courier partner delays
- Incorrect shipping address
- Unforeseen operational issues
Medibeauty Global Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or returned by the courier partner.
Additional shipping charges, if any, for re-dispatch shall be borne by the customer.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect information, the package may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged during delivery:
- Inspect the package before accepting it.
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging.
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
